Dance @ CI
Dance at CI is part of the Performing Arts Program providing an environment to focus and grow within the art of dance. The partnership with music and theatre helps to create a whole artist that can understand and collaborate with their artistic peers.
Faculty experts with backgrounds in commercial dance, musical theatre, cirque, and concert forms bring their professional experience and expertise to help the students understand movement from appropriate biomechanics. This approach fosters all techniques and honors individual artistry. In the dance lab, we experiment and explore all movement styles, genres, levels, and abilities. Together, we are the artistic future of dance!
